GeForce FX 5500 Review
The GeForce FX 5500 becomes another product NVIDIA has offered especially for the completely low-end market. It sound a bit surprising for NVIDIA to move on this segment this days while others based their new launch on high-end share dedicated for perfect gaming and entertainment needs. Expected to have an overclocked quality yet combined with a faster tad. FX500 is actually not really a news for it actually just another renewed and upgraded version of other NVIDIA cards.
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500 originally made by a Dutch based company namely Point of View. Commonly called by the brand name of Bestcom, the company has slowly but sure taken quite a share of the graphic cards market. The PoV name itself is established in the year 2000. Point of View company branches has been widely spread on Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, and France.
Offering a simple but quality assuring graphic card product, GeForce FX 5500 comes with a very affordable price as it should (based on the segment). Several offered features are dual monitor, an outstanding media playback and a plethora of other features included. Expected to penetrate the low-end segment, the product is especially dedicated for a user who is not really game or movie fan with less expectation of a perfect graphic display and expecting a cheap but still quality card. FX 5500 answers the need.
Especially for you who expect to use it to work on simple office tasks, to play games with less graphic complexity, and other quite standard display performances. We will guide you to a further investigation on the coming pages to check its technical specifications which will be supported with several high-res photos on the product. A series of benchmarks and overclocking sessions will be following our overall review for you.
