Lenovo ThinkPad X60 Tablet Laptop – Features and Review
Lenovo has launched another tablet laptop namely Lenovo ThinkPad X60. This rich-black colored tablet laptop is one of the new waves of compatible, mobile, practical, ultra slim laptops. X60 has almost every feature that makes a latest laptop a great choice. It has the capacity to hold a hard disk space ranging from between 60 GB to 120 GB capacity and is supported with a 5400rpm SATA drive.
You can also upgrade it into 7200rpm drive along with the upgraded into a 100 GB SATA drive. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection is included on the package. It has been available global wide with a various price tags depend on where you are going to get it. The standard company price tag however is $1199.00. Lenovo ThinkPad X60 is one of the best choices for professionals, students, and business professionals.
Some features on paper are dock expansion capability, USB ports of 4 slots, VGA video out, audio in/out, a fax modem, user friendly keyboard, directional pad, touch pad, and many others. The dock expansion enables users to access CD-RW/DVD drive. The good news about this lineup is that it is ultra light weight unlike others ThinkPad. It has a user-friendly touch screen supported by a great 8-cell stand-up time battery and speedy processor (though it uses Core 2 Duo processor).
Lenovo also gives you a biometrics security technology. The working horsepower of its display capacity is supported by a 4GB RAM giving a great virtual memory capacity for your ThinkPad. Unfortunately, Lenovo ThinkPad X60 has quite a bulk body when count it one with its dock. It also makes it weigh more. The built-in optical drive has been missing too, say it part of the disappointment. The last two are nothing but a smaller screen size compared to other ThinkPad models and the short lifespan of the motherboard.
